I'm a writer, a mom, a proud liberal, a book addict/crazy reader, a wife and a sister. I love movies, gardening, walking, spending time with my kids, husband and family, and watching stand-up comedy (favorites are Lewis Black and Eddie Izzard).

I read a wide variety of books--spiritual, literary, classics, romance, young adult literature. My favorite (living) authors are Mary Doria Russell, John Irving, Catherine Ryan Hyde, Michael Cunningham, Christopher Moore, Bill Bryson, Haruki Murakami, Thomas Lynch, Carl Hiaasen, Lydia Millet and Christopher Buckley.

On the romance side I enjoy Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Laurell K. Hamilton and Linda Berdoll's Pride and Prejudice sequels.

I am a conscientous swapper and a friendly person. :-) I always try to mail on the same day I get a request if at all possible.
